How is everyone doing?
I am still in Vancouver and have less than 24 hours to go before I head home. It's been a really busy time as I have been visiting hoards of people and shopping far more than I had intended to. No, I haven't been bitten by the Christmas gift bug, all of it is for me.
I splurged and bought the latest copy of Exit magazine. I love this one its got a lot of interesting photos. The trouble is that it's just so bloody expensive. Good thing that its biannual.
Claire of Toast and Coffee is in town and she brought me the latest CD by Mika Nakashima. I listened to it last night and its really great. I am surprised this is something that I like as its not something that I would usually listen to.
Went to a Kundalini yoga class at the centre here called Yoga West. It felt good as my classes in Victoria had ended for the year and I was going through class withdrawal.
All in all, it's been a great time. I even worked in my friend's restaurant in Squamish for a day as I went to visit and they decided to open on a Sunday. (Maybe I should quit my day job) For anyone who might be looking for a nice place to go for a bite or if you are looking for someone to do some excellent catering for weddings or parties, check out the Naked Lunch Catering Company.
